If you’re a coach or content creator, you most likely will have some tutorials, videos or webinars on Youtube. Why not make the most of them and save time and effort by repurposing them to other platforms.

I’m going to show you how you can transcribe your videos without having to pay for a transcription service!

Step 1 Open the Video You Want To Transcribe

Open the video in Youtube. Once your video is open, scroll down to the bottom of the description. Click on “More” to open the description if need be.

Step 2 Transcribe the Video

Click on “Show Transcript”. The transcription will start formatting on the right of your screen. Once it’s transcribed, click on the three dots to the right of the transcription and “Toggle Timestamps”. This will remove the timestamps. Yes, you want to do this.

Step 3 Open ChatGPT

Open ChatGPT and enter the following prompt:

“Format the following transcript by creating line breaks where necessary. Write a five bullet-point summary of what the speaker is discussing in this text. Add sub-headings…
