Member-only story
Not a week goes by without a potential client, or someone in a Facebook Group telling me certain “facts” that they “know” will increase their followers, engagement, saves, and click-throughs.
So, let’s talk about some of the Pinterest “Myths” I’ve heard recently.
Myth #1
Always Repin Your Own Content
One potential client insisted that I repin all of her own content. Why? Because she said that those Pins were her most popular.
While I get that you might have Pins that are doing really well, and that’s great, but it’s important to realize that Pinterest loves NEW content.
It is possible that repinning your own content might help with further engagement, but it’s certainly not a strategy I recommend long term.
TOP TIP: Create NEW PINS to boost your content.
