What are your thoughts on the word HUSTLE?
Do you feel inspired?
Or do you feel anxious?
The word HUSTLE has been thrown around for a few years now, and for those who work online or run their own business, having to HUSTLE could mean throwing away all your standards.
The HUSTLE culture is considered toxic by many. We are being taught that the HUSTLE is necessary for us to make more money, or earn a higher promotion.
🚫 HUSTLE could bring pressure and stress.
🚫 HUSTLE could mean aggression.
🚫 HUSTLE could mean having to work 24/7.
It could also mean burnout!
And nobody wants that!
Instead of subscribing to HUSTLE culture ask yourself the following:
What does success look like for you?
Don’t compare your success to the success of someone else, whether you are in the same business or not.
Don’t compare yourself to your parents, partner or peers.
Comparison is the thief of joy!
Success could mean:
✔️Running your own business on YOUR terms.
✔️ Freedom to work your own hours
✔️ Being able to work from wherever you want.
✔️ Financial independence.
Remember…
You don’t need to subscribe to the HUSTLE culture to find success.
