Did you know you can redirect readers to that exact same Medium story for free?

Medium offers a fab feature called “friend links”. The friend link can be used to share your paid content for free.

The best part? If a paying Medium member lands on your story via the friends link, you will still get paid.

Here’s how to share a friends link:

1. Open your published story
2. Click the three dots → “Share Friend Link”
3. Copy the link
4. Add a CTA to the top of your story: “Not a Medium member? Read this story for free here.” → [Insert friend link]
