The world has become a crazy place and many of us have been in self-isolation due to COVID-19. But if you’re all alone when self-isolating, how can you deal with it without going cray-cray?

Maybe you’re that person who is quite content to be alone. But loneliness can take hold without warning. So, if you are completely alone AND feeling a little lonely here are my top tips to keep you sane and healthy.

Stay Connected

Ok, so maybe you can’t go out and meet your friends or family in person but you can still stay in contact with them. Check-in with them each day. Or even schedule an online “party” where you can all catch up via video chat.

More people are turning to video chat amid coronavirus lockdowns and quarantines.
